Proceeds from Golf Day benefit Canyon Coal communities

During Disability Rights Awareness Month, Canyon Coal used part of the proceeds from the Menar Golf Day to purchase wheelchairs, crutches, and food hampers for beneficiaries of the One Voice Disability Centre in Davel, Mpumalanga.

Members of the Thokozani Aged Group in Rethabiseng, Bronkhorstspruit, received stoves, cooking equipment, and groceries from Canyon Coal. The company stepped in to assist after the centre lost some of its equipment due to a robbery. Thokozani provides services for elderly residents from areas near Khanye Colliery.
