The company would like to recruit TLB Operators to be based at Gugulethu Colliery within the Msukaligwa Municipality.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Grade 12  

  • TLB operating licence 

  • Code 10 Valid driver’s licence 

EXPERIENCE 

  • At least 3 years’ experience operating a TLB. 

  • Mining experience will be advantageous.  

OTHER SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:  

  • Successfully complete a medical evaluation  

  • Successfully undergo equipment assessments and Dover Test (obtain symbol A) 

  • No previous criminal record 

  • Solid understanding and adherence to safety and environmental standards  

  • Ability to work independently, under pressure and multitask.  

  • Operational knowledge of opencast mining and earth moving equipment
